Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples is an American performer and actress. She has won numerous awards for her roles as Layla Grant and Claudia Shepard and Claudia Shepard for her roles in Nashville (2012). She played the leading role Jerrica Jem Benton in the movie of 2015 Jem and the Holograms. Aubrey Peeples' parents Wendy and Ashley have raised her in Lake Mary Florida. She is the older sister of Ally. Aubrey has been a member of Orlando Repertory Theatre ten years during her youth. Aubrey was a graduate of Lake Mary Preparatory School where she was valedictory speaker of the class of 2012. Harvard University admitted her, but she needed to be able to consent for her admission a second time because of her Nashville performance. Peeples has guest-starred on Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally Austin & Ally Grey's Anatomy (2005), and played a recurring character for the show Necessary roughness (1991). Peeples was a regular on television movies Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective and The Good Mother. She joined the cast in the role of a major regular in a second season of the drama show Nashville in which she played Layla Grant. In 2019 Peeples spoke about her bipolar disorder during an interview with NKD Magazine. Indiewire named Peeples at the end of September as among the nation's top young actors.
